In most cases, we receive your inquiry by email, often while your baby is still on the way. And honestly, that’s the most relaxed option for you. It allows us to reserve a flexible time window around your due date. You get peace of mind without being locked into a fixed day, and you’ll know: once your baby arrives, the “finding an appointment” part is already taken care of.
For newborn photos, that’s a real advantage because those first days go by so fast. You won’t have to hunt for an open slot in the middle of the most intense, exciting time, you can simply focus on yourselves and your new beginning.

If you reach out last minute, we’ll look together at what’s possible. We’re not always booked out completely, and we’re happy to hear from you even on short notice. That’s where we get specific about your images and everything that matters to you: do you want more family moments, or more individual portraits? Which combinations are most important to you? And of course: what should you wear so your photos feel cohesive and timeless?
For that part, you’ll get clear styling guidance from us. And in the studio, you’ll have access to a curated client wardrobe, plus coordinated options for dads, so you’re not stressing in front of your closet and everything ends up looking consistent and “all in one piece.”

On the day of your session, you’ll arrive at our studio and ease in without any rush. Your baby sets the pace, and we create your requested images in the order that works best for your little one. That’s not just a nice phrase, it’s the foundation for truly beautiful newborn photos.
If your baby is hungry, you nurse or bottle-feed. If a break is needed, we take a break. If you need a moment to breathe, there’s space for that.
